Registration for BHI and/or BSN

HIMSS Attendee Rate: As a HIMSS attendee, a significantly discounted fee of $245 is offered for you to attend both BHI2018 and BSN2018 in Treasure Island Resort during Mar. 4-7, 2018 (http://bhi-bsn.embs.org/2018/wp-content/uploads/sites/40/2018/03/Program-at-a-glance.pdf).    If you want to attend both conferences to explore and learn, please send your HIMSS registration confirmation to Ms. Aleyna Blackwood (ABlackwood@smithbucklin.com). She will assist you in registering for one of these two EMBS flagship conferences which will give you access to both programs.

Note: At least one author of the paper must be registered at the appropriate full conference rate (Member, Non-member, Student member, Student non-member) in order to upload the final paper. While any author of the paper may be registered, only the designated “corresponding author” may upload the final paper. Once a manuscript has been uploaded, the registration fees cannot be refunded. Please be sure that the attending author completes payment and uploads the final paper. This means that they must be the “corresponding author”.

Note:

1. All fees are in US Dollars.
2. Registration for BHI/BSN includes: Access to both conferences and all technical sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, AM/PM breaks, lunches, conference program, tutorials, plus additional conference handouts. You will only have access to the digital conference proceedings (papers) of the main conference for which you registered. If you would like access to both conference proceedings, that is an additional $100.
3. Refunds: General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if canceled in the Cvent registration system prior to February 5, 2018 and will incur a processing fee of $50.  There are no registration refunds after February 5, 2018.  Authors who have uploaded their final papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
